Your best bet is to wait until you're no longer under contract. Then the balls in your court. And if they call your bluff. You leave.
Most of the ppl in stores selling these plans get money by how many ppl they can get to sign up. So you are literally calling the shots. Just don't be a pussy and actually barter with them.
When I switched from bell to Telus. I got my 2 phones free. iPhone 6s and 6s plus. And they even threw in a Apple Watch aswell.

my contract is up with rogers. was over since september 2016. been with rogers for a long ass time so i think ill call and give em shit

call rogers, say you want to cancel because you found something better elsewhere, they will transfer you the retention dept, that's where the money is at, if you pay well, they will do everything in their power to keep you, say what you want and don't be shy
