If Luongo prognosis not good, FLA GM Dale Tallon may trade for goalie. Trades are permitted post-deadline but player not playoff eligible.

So basically there is no trade deadline for the bottom feeders

Like Buffalo and Carolina can make a trade right now if they wanted, no playoffs anyway

I thought you used to be able to trade after deadline without playoff eligibility? New CBA must have got rid of it
