I had a witness last time and the guy had to pay like 5 or 6 times the damage he did to my car...just for his lawyer plus the fine plus the points he lost because even tho i knew he did it...i couldnt force him to pay for my damage

It cost him like 4 or 5k instead of an 700-1k bumper

I did not have to call my insurance company
my car was already banged up on just about every pannel when the last retard backed up in my car..I didn't want to pay for some paint and the police didn't mind

Red have the highest incidents of accidents that's why ther insurance is higher.
