Why?

The whole US election is a hot mess.

You have a woman who is riding the coattails of a name given to her by her husband. Who openly voices her want to raise women even more above men in social standings. Who has a dirty past and issues that have been covered up

You have Bernie who didn't have a job until he was 40 and is tricking retarded people in the 18-30 generation into thinking everything will be free.

You have Trump who is the public punching bag but somehow still continues to be the favourite as the election trail rides on.

The reason? People are probably sick and tired of the government being the way it has been as of late and are looking for any excuse to shake it up. Trump is like an anti-politician. He says what ever the hell he wants, when ever he wants to, and doesn't worry about what people tell him to say. He may not be the smartest man, and he's not the best nan for the job, but the fact that he is so counter to the norm (in terms of electoral candidates) is why he is going to win.

That, and the 2 leading Democratic runners have basically told white men aged 30+ to go fuck themselves.

Why isn't he the best man for the job?

I mean in the world. He is the best man for it out of the republican party, which is obvious by his winning the votes and the right to run.

Pretty hard to win in a political discussion. You add one sentence to make sure that the left wing people don't jump down your throat, and then a right winger does it :P

Ooo. I'm just curious. So many people say they hate trump or that he's bad but give no good reasons

Hmm? Most of the major polls have Clinton over Trump by a 10+ point plus margin. Trump has zero chance of winning.

It's honestly not small, it's zero. People don't like Hilary, but Trump is on another level. Trump is actually a moderate Republican, but he has campaigned as a populist demagogue. He will lose the entirety of the moderate Republican base, which intersects with the swing voters who are crucial. Trump would need to poll middle class men at like 80% in the general election to have a chance. Which isn't happening. He has no support among educated women, African Americans, or Hispanics. You basically need 2 of those 3 to win, and Trump isn't getting any.
