There was a small discussion I heard on the radio earlier about Boston retiring some jerseys when certain players are done. Those being Chara and Bergeron. And questionable ones for Krejci and Marchand, maybe Rask. That was said at least.

I'd vouch Chara and Bergeron without hesitation, but I do think it's a must to have 2+ cups. Krejci is a toss up, he's a playoff performer and has had a solid career during the seasons. Marchand plenty to go, at this rate he'll top some Boston records.

Something to think about on off days

Chara/Bergeron for sure, Krejci no way, Marchand/Rask maybe if they win the cup this year

Marchand will get a statue at center ice that everyone will have to skate around

A statue in the middle of the visiting team's room too, that gives electric shocks when a player touches it
