The 100% votes are almost exclusively either completely random bloggers or Sony affiliates. And Naughty Dog has more fanboys than Apple, they could crap out a piece of shit and the reviewers would say it's the greatest thing ever.

Can never trust any of these ratings

It's like on Amazon. Bought my dog a new light up collar for early morning walks, found one where most of the reviews destroyed it because it worked for 3 days then wouldn't light up. But there were like 20 5-star reviews.
Every single one ended with "I received this product for free in exchange for an honest review."

(I think Amazon requires people to post that at the end if they got it for free or at a discount)
