defrag but idk about registry fixer hmm maybe its in like windows antivirus or something
It has to target Microsoft Office specifically.
They have remove it tools to help remove dirty installs and leftovers but sometimes even they don't work.
Doing it manually is an option but can leave your pc fucked right up.
The link I put up gives you the best options for removal of old versions.

If not, bottom line would be back up your stuff and do a clean windows install.
