my gf watches a lot of shows too, easily around 300gb now it's no worries of ever going over 450 lol

you should give them a call, go to their retention and just tell em shaw offered you internet 150 for 50/1yr & 80/1yr and see what they can offer.
They'll most likely say $50 and unlimited data for 1yr & no contract etc. but you can easily negotiate down to 30-40 since shaw's offering 150 for $50 for their 1st year.
