And the fact that it is almost 2 hours long makes it that much harder

my brother and some friends recently started the gym so i decided to start going, been doing it for 3 weeks or so now

my weekly workout:

monday - chest biceps
tuesday shoulders legs abs
wednesday back triceps

then repeat monday - wednesday for thursday - saturday,

been doing this with around 60-70 mins of cardio a day, while working 9-10 hour days (20 running, 20 bike, 20 ellipticals and then depending how tired i am i either skip it choose which other machine to the extra 10 on)

I'm 6 foot and started at around 240 lbs and I'm currently sitting at 221 after 3 weeks.

EDIT: Also I've been dieting trying to eat no more than 35g of fat per day, watching calorie intake and staying away from all that bad crap it's been going good so far, red meats and chicken work miracles.

Ive been working out for over a year now and its been going pretty well.  My girlfriend wanted to do P90X so thats what we're doing now.

So we'll see how we look in 90 days :)


P90x is great. The people who give it shit are generally much more advanced in the fitness lifestyle. It's made to be general, so if your goal is "broader shoulders" or "increased gains" it's not good.... but once you get to the point where those are your goals, you should know enough about fatness to not need a fitness video lol.

If your goal is to just break into the lifestlyle and get a fitness regime for a few months, p90x is perfect.

There is no reason to eat so little fat , You should probably eating 80+G of fat at your current weight.

Other than that , very good job man

meh i eat all throughout the day just very little quantities and healthy stuff, like fruit and chicken that has like 1-2 grams a fat per 12 peices with 26 grams of protien :P i could prolly eat more tho, my bro tells me to eat more as well i just wanna try to lose this gut asap tho tbh

It comes with Mavic Ksyrium Elite wheels, upgraded carbon fiber fork and seat stem. I'm also restoring an old Schwinn road bike that belonged to my fiancee's mom, so hopefully we'll be able to get some miles on the bikes before it starts to snow.... in two or three weeks probably :angry:


Lol not quite as good, but I just bought a 100 dollar bike to use to ride around post.

When I cut down I cut super fast and lost a lot of muscle :( cutting slower this time , maybe too slow :P

i made two changes in the last couple months
1) stopped lifting, started doing insanity every other day
2) no carbs after 7pm

in that time period i went from 170ish to 160 and feel awesome right now...lost some mass in the arms but the amount of weight lost on the stomach defn makes it worth it

i know this is random but i thought about making a tarasenko sig lol... just because i might be moving to st louis and if i do i'll sport a blues sig on occasion im sure since i'll be watching them (will still be a red wings fan at heart obviously)
