my brother and some friends recently started the gym so i decided to start going, been doing it for 3 weeks or so now
my weekly workout:
monday - chest biceps
tuesday shoulders legs abs
wednesday back triceps
then repeat monday - wednesday for thursday - saturday,
been doing this with around 60-70 mins of cardio a day, while working 9-10 hour days (20 running, 20 bike, 20 ellipticals and then depending how tired i am i either skip it choose which other machine to the extra 10 on)
I'm 6 foot and started at around 240 lbs and I'm currently sitting at 221 after 3 weeks.
EDIT: Also I've been dieting trying to eat no more than 35g of fat per day, watching calorie intake and staying away from all that bad crap it's been going good so far, red meats and chicken work miracles.
There is no reason to eat so little fat , You should probably eating 80+G of fat at your current weight.
Other than that , very good job man
