Cottage would be fun on nice lake

it's right in front of a lake
and it has no neighbour even remotely close so I have quite a few lakes and I also have a river right next to it
fishing is amazing
hunting is amazing
the price is FUCKING AMAZING
I really hope I can have it
it actually cost 7k but I would use the other 3-5k to get a boat and do some upgrade on the cottage

the only downpoint is..it is a good 10 hours drive from where I live but I like roadtrips

my step bro would pay for like 30-50% of it and he just can't stop texting me on the ways we could get it
I could call my grandfather and ask for the money, he could give it to me...but I rarely talk to him so it is akward as fuck to call 2 months later and ask for money
I don't wanna get in touch just for money....that's terrible

Its worth it
At that price i would buy it even if it did not have something built on it
