Called the ref "biased" and he gave me an extra two.

refs will keep calling you if you verbal them

I'd understand if I swore at the guy or called him fat.

I just said "you're biased".

Just going to start walking away, not talking and avoiding body contact. Only way I'm not gonna get called.

best bet is to play with a clear mind, playing mad will just cause you to be over aggressive and that leads to penalties and emotional responses

Being called bias is probably the worst thing a ref can hear imo
