I wonder if Philly will go after Thomas.
That's the only team I see him going to if he wants to start.

they signed emery and traded for mason

they aren't going for another goalie

I just don't see them doing anything with them as their goalies.

Mason was solid last year for them, and Emery went 17-1. I think that's a decent back and forth tandem..

17-1 with a stacked team though. Philly's defense is weak, Emery won't be good enough to be their starter, Mason will have to have a big year.

Their defense isn't as weak as last season lead on. They were playing with at least two of their top four hurt at any point in the season, and at one point were playing with 7 of their top 8 out.

Should go to Vancouver to troll EVERYONE rofl..

All these teams still need a solid starter and have the cap for him
Islanders (Have shown interest - I think they're one of his top 3 if I recall correctly)
Avalanche
Flames

varlamov is a starter...

there's lots of teams that could use a 1-2 year starter

He's mediocre for a starter then (Bottom 5 starter in the league imo). Thomas would be a better option and have Varlamov back him up for a year or w.e (Sorry Giguere). They have the space for him
Plus Avs defense is pretty bad too. would be a win-win pick up imo in that he could get big money while playing the starting role and Avs would have a better tender in net (assuming he's not rusty for a whole year)

he plays behind a team with barely any D, he's still young and a bunch of tiers above starters like reimer etc
