Christians are bombing the shit out of civilians (albeit sometimes indirectly) in the middle east even today, the only difference is they don't classify themselves as terrorists.

War effort or not, by the people over there it can be seen as terrorism by the west and that's how those fuckers recruit people to ISIS etc

I honestly believe it's more region based. Those straight from the Middle-East are the problem. Muslims born and bred in the West (mainly NA) tend to be okay. But yeah, for me it's more of cultural/region based issue as opposed to a religion problem.

The problem is actual terrorists manipulating young muslims into joining their war effort, either by wrongly teaching them about the Quran and exploiting their beliefs.

Muslims terrorists (or any terrorist) are almost always part of some kind of organization which has corrupted their beliefs, they don't just randomly wake up and blow themselves up in the name of their religion.
