i guess hes unlikely to sign with nyr because there offering 1 mill less then he wants per year on a new contract, my guess is toronto will talk to him before a trade to see if he would sign with them before doing the trade?

Zucc will be an expensive rental. Rangers will probably keep him for their playoff push if they don't get something back worthwhile, even if it means losing him for nothing in free-agency.

Makes zero sense for a rebuilding team like Toronto to target him, IMO, unless they feel like Bozak has negative value lol.
