i think im one of the only flyers fans to blame that 24/7 for his shity play and stated how it got better after that was all over with lol
problem is bryz is a good vetern goalie that was getting paid like 8m and shouldnt get shook that easily
where as bob could barely speak english and was in his 2nd season in north america and you would almost kind of expect it he just had a good season and bam they go out and get bryz
bryz played like shit bob would go in play good for 2 games get taken out for bryz to play like shit bob get put in play super bad bryz starts next 5

bryz got given all the opportunity in the world screwing over bob hard and he still fuckin blew it
and it cost us bob who goes on to win a vezina... fuck bryz he can go rot in the khl or switzerland or sumshit

Lavi blew it. But I'm kinda done with this, it's obvious you buy hard into the scapegoating. We'll see where it is when flyers bust the next 4 goalies too.

#2 the deffence was not good
#3 the not good deffence was hurt
#4 philly hates goaltenders, PERIOD
#5 im 90% sure hes got some metal/head case things and in phoenix it didn't matter because there no coverage/media attention on the west coast.
#6 east coast biast, everything is under a microscope
#7 flyers havnt won the cup since 74-75 and its getting old for them

i think they shoulda given him another year but i really dont care anymore bout them cutting him loose

ya i gotta buy a new jersey but o well, id like to see emery come in and do work, he was awesome last year in chitown, he was solid his first run in philly and who knows how much different the finals would have been had we had him instead of boucher and leighton
emery/mason is a solid 1-2 im gonna miss boucher tho i know he signed overseas of something

not like they have anybody that isnt a surprise is they bust already
emery looked solid but he was on a pretty stacked team i mean they won the cup which says they are the best team
mason went downhill after winning the calder but looked stellar in philly for like 7 games... can he keep it up? most people already say no

if philly thinks emery/mason are their saviors, were going to be hearing the same things about them as we did about bryz

mason could be if he keeps up his play from last year but who knows if he will...hopefully ^^
good thing with emery is the guy has been through a lot hes prob got rock solid confidence and hes healthy now if shit goes down hes a good guy to have around
+ he feels he owes the flyers for helping him get healthy and with his previous reputations and shit he will prob be mad cheap to keep around if hes good

yeah and bryz was a top 5-10 tender before he went to philly

and id still love to have him on my team
