They pulled this same shit in the Preds game when Zadorov took a puck to the jaw. Bleeding everywhere, trainer running down the ice to help him, and no stoppage. Broken jaw, teeth shattered. Dude has metal plates holding his jaw together, but that wasn't a serious enough injury to blow it dead.

Idk if they're just worse than usual this year or if there's some kind of vendetta against the Avs, but this shit shouldn't happen.


/edit - Yes, I know what the rule says about possession, bit it also says play may stop in the event of serious injury.

He was pissed off for sure.

Made a fool of the Canucks in OT as soon as he touched the puck.

The Avs figure the overtime should have never happened so he took over and ended it quick.

Have to admire the skill level, passion and leadership qualities in Mackinnon. He is something else.

In my Canucks dynasty I threw everything and the Kitchen sink to get him from the Avs lol.

Moved Petey to the left, Mackinnon at center and Boeser on the right. That line is unstoppable now.
