2nd day back at the gym, dropped to 150lbs since last time I went to the gym, I'm 5'11". Sadly I must have a pretty high bf % for my weight, haven't checked so can't say how much exactly.

well idk bout high bf but I'm kind of one of those 'skinny fat' people sadly :(

Calorie counts going back up. Gym is back in my schedule. Knee is still sore, but I CAN DO SHIT AGAIN!

was testing out my one rep max deadlift today and i got to 205 up from 185 last time

still aiming for my goal of 2 plates by the end of july

also my squats went up a little to 115, progress is very slow on those

i feel like my shoulders are holding back a lot of my chest exercises, my right rotator cuff is so god damn weak and i think i sprained it

going to have to start doing some rotator cuff exercises regularly once it heals up

rage workout post defeat was pretty intense tonight

heavy bag cardio/burn off was best part
