I know bell lets talk is great for raising awareness, but I swear MOST of stories people are sharing of themselves sounds like they're having moderate anxiety or just feel sad , not suffering from depression.

I can guarantee you are a losing poker player, lmao. Not to mention that everyone who always brags about winning in poker is broke af. I bet you won a cheap online tourney a few years ago, have been hemoraging cash since then and still think you're a winner.

this lol
some people have some pretty pathetic "reasons" to have their own "mental illness"

oh im in school and i play sports, sometimes its so overwhelming i cant handle the anxiety - said every fucking student ever get over it.

also i met cloudkicker (health and fitness forum) in real life when i played in a hockey tourney in london ont
and met his group of buddies, and now are like 5 really good friends of mine even though we don't see each other much.

it's good for them to say it out loud, though. for some people that anxiety builds into full blown depression if they feel they're being squeezed too hard for too long
