becasue were used to homlgren usually if a big name was for trade he was interested
this is a team thats made trades on like a yearly basis and so far all weve seen from hextall was a shitty trade hartsy for umburger
hes got pieces to sell /swap or w/e he said it himself he doesnt like trading but somethings gotta get done and hes gotta make up for that bust of a trade he gave us to start the season

hes in a fucked up situation though does he swap or sell? getting timonen back thats a big imporovement once mason comes back another +... is that enough to make it? and just sell some minor expendable d?
if he sells somebody like coburn it weakens the d and we can kiss the playoffs good bye ...its a bonus for the future in sense we get picks(assuming) but in the near future it really fucks the flyers over


after that 1st trade i really dont want him trading coburn though we prob end up with like a 2nd+3rd for him or something stupid atleast if its some other lesser d its kinda ah well w/e

Holmgren landed exactly one established and good player in his entire GM career, that was pronger and he gave up the farm for him.

He's been great at getting promising prospects but after a certain amount of time, if you were really still believing Holmgren was gonna land a big name, just lol.
