No they're not the type. Besides the HA isn't into international trafficking, they're into distributing within borders. In Canada the HA have contacts or liaisons who broker narcotics at wholesale from producers (i.e) cartels in Central and South America, sometimes South Asia. My guess is these girls met someone in SE Asia, probably Chinese organized crime affiliates, (where they were recently) and convinced them they could make a lot of money if they brought cocaine into Australia and would never get caught. Groups like the HA in Australia may be involved in picking up this cocaine, but not in trafficking it into Oz. Cartels and smugglers do that.
E: I'll admit it may work different in other countries but I ahem, have an intimate knowledge of how the HA runs contraband in Canada and the drugs they sell are smuggled in by other organizations before they purchase it.
