Chimmer is 35, hasn't produced much, and Calgary is in playoffs at the moment. They'll be getting someone more impactful back. Like Tom Wilson or Fehr.

Highly highly doubt Washington gives up Wilson. The guy has plenty of upside.

They did give Forsberg away though...

If they did Glencross would be coming with a pick lol. Someone on reddit made a good point about chimmer though. Since he's older he'll be off the team sooner than Glencross and a roster spot can open for a younger guy. Plus they get a pick.
