Yandle is a beast, should be some moves this week! Will be exciting to see

Yandles younger which is the big thing for me. Wiz is a sieve defensively also whereas yandle is good all around. That said Detroit probably wouldn't turn down getting wiz for a second or third and some fluff.

I don't see Timonen being traded. He hasn't played all season, still has health concerns, Flyers are making a push, and is retiring after the end of the year. I'm all for giving him a shot to win the cup, but there are plenty better options on the market for one of the few teams looking for a rental.

And he has some size over Wiz.

Way too big of a risk. When I heard he was being shopped, I was thinking whatever team picked him up is idiotic.
Gonna be Leafs then.

It just doesn't make sense. The whole point of him returning is so he can retire on his own terms. I believe he still will have an impact, but yeah. Just too much of a risk. Unless the Flyers let him go for like a 5th round pick, he will be staying. In the end though, it will be his call.
