you better check yourself before you wreck yourself.

Meatstick is entitled to his opinion and so am I -- my opinion is that he hasn't added value to the forum in over 6 months. Including the actual season. Take if as you will. Anyone is welcome to go through his post history and reach either a similar or different conclusion.

Back to actual hockey news....

Brian Boucher and Rob Schremp both signed int he Swiss league.

KHL's Atlant officially terminated Nik Zherdev's contract today. Guy isn't even good enough for them.

Mtl avoids Salary Arbitration and agrees to terms with Ryan White -- $700,000

honestly if he palyed with heart zherdev could prob be a 70-80 point player in todays nhl with like 30-40 goals
but he just half asses it and gets bumped down the lines and minimal ice time so he said f it im going to the khl... now they dont even want him lol
guy coulda been a great player... his own choice not to be

Grigorenko + Ristolainen is not a bad rebuild duo at all. Sabres will probably have a high pick this year too for a very solid lineup in a few years.
