What a joke. Did the Flames not trade Jarome Iginla? Did the Oilers not get Jordan Eberle (and more) for Chris Pronger after their cup run? Kessel isn't fit to carry either of those 2 players jock straps. You'd think an article written on NHL might actually be factually correct once in a while.

and iirc didnt the flames have phaneuf and jbo? no assets my ass :lol:

they woulda had kipper to trade if he didnt have a sick kid too :lol:

Leafs sens sabers panthers all reportedly express interest in O'Reily.
Sabers would include their other first Rd pick in the deal

Yes indeed. But how many tradable assets do you really have? JVR? Hope you're not trading him. Reily? Hope not. Phaneuf? Contract sucks. Reimer? Not worth anything.

So you got kessel and bozak on the market that may be worth something?

I was hoping he was someone we go after, Turris - O'Reilly would be a decent pair of centres.

I'm not sure O'Reilly is a good idea for a team with financial difficulties though.

I'd love to have O'Reilly on the Sens, but I'm not sure we would be able to resign him.
