The helicopter did have thermal cameras - that's what they were supposedly using to see if he was moving or not.

One report that he's covered in blood, another report that the owner of the boat saw the cover was off, went to put it back on, saw blood and called 911. Missed interview with boat owner. Anybody verify that?
