Yeah lol, I have no idea how to deal with injuries, I've never really had one and I've played Hockey and Baseball my whole life, + pickup football games during the fall-winter seasons. Never broke a bone or anything.
Lol, there is a good acronym for dealing with any small injuries and swellings.
RICE
Rest
Ice
Compression
Elevation
Rest whatever you injured. It needs it.
Ice down any swellings.
Compression, wrap around the ice with an ace bandage, but not tight enough that you are cutting off circulation or anything.
Elevate the limb that is hurt.
Good old things that somehow became a cure-all in the army, but should only be used for small injuries.
