It's further north but its doesnt get colder, Weather patterns are much more complicated than simple latitude comparisons

I wish this were true but he will make 4 years.

Reagan is i think the only ever successful impeachment

His unwillingness to divest in his businesses and the conflicts of interest and potential for bribes, could hurt him but i doubt any of them will ever be clear cut enough for successful impeachment.

Reagan wasn't impeached, and Johnson and Clinton were.
