Canada will win doubles and Popposil should be able to beat whoever else Serbia has. If that's the case, it won't matter as Raonic will get to play the weaker Serbia guy. Serbia isn't all that strong outside Djokovic. That's how Arengtina beat France, Tsogna was far and a way better than anyone Aregentina had but it didn't matter.

Djokovic will win twice, against Raonic and Popposil, Canada will win doubles, Raonic will beat Serbia singles #2 and hopefully Poppisil can beat Serbia singles #2.
