A former coach who won the cup to keep the name "coach corner" going. Otherwise rename the show

I really like the segment and would like to see it keep going.

Like others said though you need an actual coach with legitimate experience to keep it going though.

You can't call it coaches corner and have it staffed by just broadcasters with no actual coaching experience.

it would be nice to have a recent coach too not somebody who talks about "back in my day"... a modern coach who knows wtf hes talking about would be sick

Nobody can replace Cherry but I would love to see the segment continue.

It's like a part of Canadian history died with him being fired.

Been watching HNIC with him being the staple during intermissions my entire life.

It will be an adjustment to see someone else.


They better do it right. When they got George in there it was terrible. It needs to be a guy who knows hockey.

Some things need to come to an end. IMO they remove "coaches corner" and replace it with a different segment instead of just adding another ex NHL coach.

This was long overdue... I couldn't even listen to him seriously anymore.

yeah not going to lie the last couple years id just mute him 9/10 times
he used to make really good points about hockey but he flopped to a full on ranter when his time got cut

sucks but they prob cut his time to cut out the rants and have just hockey talk and he did the opposite went full rant dick all hockey talk
