There's a big difference between a bad hockey hit and going out of your way to target someone and hit them when they're vulnerable. If you cant see that difference I dont know what to say. There wasnt a need to address that hit, at least in my opinion. You see equal or worse hits on a nightly basis which are usually handled with a 2minute boarding call.

And I’m willing to bet if a ref called the hit on russel lucic wouldn’t of had to go out and dummy somebody. Like I said. The entire game the officiating for the oilers was shit.

They were both stupid, Lucic was a response though and I'll always stick by the fact that I'd rather have him on my team than against
