Tryin to keep it goin
Been doin the p90x ab workout all summer now. And if th light hits me jjjuuusssstt right hahaha ....were getting there

Just getting started on "5x5" workout. Trying to put a little mass on.
Other than that, been doing typical 10-12 rep workouts of common movements (bicep curl bench triceps dips pushups etc)

Seeing tone results and a little strength. Beer doin this all summer to get my muscles prepped. Time to actually get to it ;)

Been gyming for a couple months 4 times a week

Just recently started running there and back about 5k total

Work Monday-Friday lifting thousands of boxes

Not sure what weight I'm at right now, but that's not the main goal
Being healthy and fit is the plan, whatever weight falls off is just a bonus

Weighed in at 274 Today

Been doing 2 miles every other day
Bench is now at 245 MAX
Cleaned 225 as well

I gotta get into the yoga / ab work outs, my arms are getting pretty nice but i still have a stomach ,
still wanna drop like 30 pounds and put on muscle, i wanna bench more than my weight before the new year hopefully

my diet is alright, but i drink too much beer, i consume like 10 k calories of beer a week.....
im consuming about 3k calories per day, which is pretty good considering my weight and activity

caloric intake is probably the most important part of losing weight
if youre serious about getting into shape you should set a strict diet and maybe get a personal trainer
