Seems sketchy as fuck. I dunno if hes not tagged already, but with all of this shit i would tag him.
Personally, I'd give him one more chance to log on, if he doesn't log on within the next 24 hours, i'd classify that as a "hit and run". Only would give him another chance since I see him post so much.
