Just like the NHL - You should have to field the best possible team you can.
Yes, you can play your backup or a young goalie to give him experience, but tanking purposely is bullshit.

I hear what you're saying, it's really lame as fuck to purposely tank, I'm doubting Tom will let it happen
But all in all this is just for fun
That being said, purposely tanking to try and make a ridiculous team of 20 year old 90 overalls kind of takes away from the fun I would think.

I think it's a lame move, but there's nothing that says he can't do it..
