If Kane wants out badly, the best thing to do for his agent would be to downplay the drama. That way other teams have less leverage and maybe Chevy will find a decent deal to pull the trigger.

Well he was 24th overall and has been trending upwards (some said he dropped a lot to begin with).

I'm not saying he's what the Jets want but he's not a bad piece in general.

Kane is probably worth a 1st + prospect at this point .

Being that they make playoffs, I don't even know if it'd take a first.

A 3rd liner or two + a prospect would probably do it.
