I don't see anything wrong with what O'Leary said.

There is an inequality issue and I do believe it exists, however.

But one of the many reasons that the rich get richer is compounding interest. Some is criminal activity etc etc but if you have a few million gaining 9% annually vs my thousand, of course your wealth will grow faster than mine.
Extrapolate that over decades and we're going to be incredibly far apart in terms of financial wealth.

The problem is that people, especially on social media, love to throw blankets over gigantically complex problems.

Are there people stuck in poverty due to systematic inequality ? yes.
Are there people stuck in poverty because they don't remotely care to put one foot in front of the other and figure their way out? - yes.
Are there super wealthy people that earned their money fairly? Yes
Are their super wealthy who are intentionally driving the systematic depression? Yes.

So it's not black and white like some of the activists tend to make it out to be.

theres literally no proof he's inherited more than 1 million dollars.
its yet to be confirmed

speculation is 100-200 mil, but again, thats speculation.

either way, whether it be 1mil, or 100mil, to turn that into a company worth over 10 billion...
welllllllllllllllll thats called good business.

he's worth 3.9b not 10b only he has ever said 10b

he has been bailed out by over 70 banks and filled for banckruptcy under multiple business

his direct inheritance is estimated to be in the 10-200 million range, but that was the liquid holdings, with real estate his inheritance is suspected to have been over 500m

sounds like a trust fund kid who barley managed to hold onto daddies money. not impressive to me.

This is incorrect. Companies who pay for the rights to use his name go bankrupt. He has no affiliation with those company. For example, the Trump tower in Vancouver everyone protests about has nothing to do with Trump, even the contract to live there states this in the contract.

not true of all the bankruptcies but i dont have time to google for you.

Besides i dont want to argue with you dirty because it is never fruitful lol.

I along with many other think trump did a pretty shit job managing his wealth. ROI on average performing mutual funds agree
