The challenge rule was implimented to make sure that clear and obvious calls were not missed on the ice. Cm or mms of skates being off the ice or in the zone was never the intention of video replay.



Play was offside, Canada slaps Russia. Canada > USA. You’re still and always will be goofy.

Like i said, the rule is the rule, it is what it is, but in reality if there was no video replay then that wouldve been a goal and there wouldve been zero arguments.
