Weighed in at 201 today. Most frustrating part has been that before I let myself go I could do 3-4 sets of 15 pull-ups and do a triathlon... When I started I could do 3 pull-ups and barely run 2 miles lol.
Back up to 3 sets of 8 and I ran 7 today. Probably under 200 by Wednesday unless I completely fuck up and at my target (190) by the end of July. Gives me 30 days to tone for my brother's wedding, 190 was where I stayed around when I was at my best.
Then you'll see me posting again 3 months after his wedding to start over again

or maybe I'll sign up for another tri so I have a reason to keep with it.

I could meet that protein target easily, fucking love boneless skinless chicken and lean turkey. Carbs are where I always had trouble, I can only eat beans so many times a week.
