Neil on the powerplay is why our pplay is such a fail and he singl handedly cost us a scoring chance with that pplay in the final minute. If Spezza and Michalek aren't back by playoffs this team will get walked on 4-0 sweep. Can't score goals always turning puck over. Lehner was a beast tonight. Could have been 7-2

Turris led all forwards in ice time and had 0 of the 47 shots. Like really? Guy shows up for 4 games then disappears for 10. Sad we don't even have a double digit goal scorer.

I was hoping to see Conacher with Zibby and Silf

What happens to Zibanejad when Spezza's back?

Either they put him on the wing on the 2nd line or they make him the 3rd C.

I personally would prefer to see him in the 3rd C spot, he looks alot better playing center than on the wing.

What I expect when Spezza is back :

Conacher - Spezza - Silfverberg
Latendresse - Turris - Alfie
Greening - Zibanejad - Condra
Kassian/O'Brien/Regin - Smith - Neil

Or if they decide to put him on the wing :

Conacher - Spezza - Silfverberg
Zibanejad - Turris - Alfie
Latendresse - Smith - Neil
Greening - O'Brien/Regin - Kassian/Condra

All of this obviously depend on Conacher looks on the Sens, if he doesn't play like a top 6 player then someone else will take his spot ( Greening or Latendresse most likely ).

Have Greening and Smith taken a step back this year?


And how long is Michalek out for? Thought he'd be back before Spezza.

Greening is playing ok.. Probably as good as last year,difference is that he doesn't have Spezza this year

Smith is playing meh, great defensively but doesn't create much offensively. I expected more out of him this year.

And I'm not sure about Michalek, he originally was supposed to be out only a week or so, but he decided to have an operation and iirc he's out for the rest of the season.
