Only the 1st line performs
Getting zero production from the other lines these past couple weeks now i'd say...
Need to break up that 1st line or make a trade because we aren't going anywhere this way

Yeah we definitely need to make a trade, we can barely compete as it is, just imagine this team against Tampa or Toronto in a 7 game series, rip.
I would LOVE to have Wayne. Schenn is looking possible.

I've been saying it for months, Pastrnak needs to be with Krejci. Marchand with Bergeron. Sure the 3 studs are nasty together, but that absolutely damages the other three lines. They did that with the playoff series against Ottawa, drove me nuts. Playing defense the whole game with your 2nd 3rd and 4th lines isn't going to work against other teams equivalent lines. Relying heavily on the powerplay too, it's not good. ONE winger would make a HUGE difference for this team. Sure it's nice when the top line has a monster game and we win like 6-2, it's just not going to be consistent enough. They can't be the only line scoring.
Rask stood on his head last night, we got a PP goal and a goal from the top line in a game we should win no problem. Pls sum Wayne Simmonds

Defense hasn't been the best, but the offense is why we aren't winning some of these games
Can't believe Cassidy called out Chara and the defense and says nothing about the production from the other lines...

Yeah lol, offense is definitely the problem.
1st line probably accounts for 90% of the scoring.
Bergeron went down and Krejci's numbered thrived because he played with players that aren't on the 4th line.
I like DeBrusk and all, but he's not much a threat to score. His boards play is 10/10 and his open ice skating with the puck is solid. Krejci needs someone that scores 25+ goals. If that is added, that would strengthen the 3rd and 4th lines as well.

It's so frustrating lol, team has so much potential for such a minor addition.

Panarin is a name that keeps coming up, but it appears every team is in on him. Don't think we can acquire him anyways.
