Yes, f you if you’re in the zone before the puck lol. Not sure what you’re getting at? It’s one of the most reasonable rules in hockey. Puck first, not you. Can’t imagine the game being reasonable without an offside rule.

And delay of game makes sense as well otherwise if you’re team is facing severe offensive pressure you could just stop everything for a minute with no repercussion? Uh.. no..

1cm doesnt change the outcome of whatever would come of the play. Goal really shouldve counted in the grand scheme of things, but the rule is the rule. Quit being a canada homer bitch and watch the sport like a real fan.

The challenge rule was implimented to make sure that clear and obvious calls were not missed on the ice. Cm or mms of skates being off the ice or in the zone was never the intention of video replay.
