none knows, not even jsp offical moderator hapycmr, i did ask him few days ago but now im suddenly again blocked.

you can try to pm him, hes jsp mod staff who make final call here.

yes he does. he is the one who closed my unoffical hockey med list. so at the end, he is guy who makes final call if list is open or not.
