Well, you really shouldn't be leveling up any of those. None are good enough.

I wouldn't use dust on anything I don't plan to use in the end-game. Only spend dust on pokemon with high enough IVs that you likely won't be able to replace (95%+?)

Just use pokemon you find in the wild and evolve them. Level up and find higher CP ones to replace them.






Also what level are you? At around 15-16 you should be able to find 400+ CP Eevees.

Anyway I've got 19 pokemon set up to evolve. Should get a few more by the time I hit 15 and get another lucky egg. Plus evolving one of them will give me 2k for an evolution bonus + new pokemon bonus

Finally got to somewhere where there would be Pokemon. Servers down. Servers go back up as soon as I get home

It's based on where the highest concentration of cell usage is. Get the Ingress app and then go to https://www.ingress.com/intel

That shows where the pokestops are for the most part, almost all of the green and blue spots are pokestops or gyms. Then if you open the app, you'll see a whole bunch of white dots. There are more white dots where more people are on their cells, so go there.

That's why you see so many pokemon at the grocery store.
