Well, we've all been around the forum long enough that we should know a definite answer to most questions.

Also I vote that actives can host games and hold fg for 50-100fg buy in games (if they ask) and not be removed from the list. I asked tom for permission to host games when I was active and there was never a problem as long as it wasn't huge amounts. It can help some actives prove themselves who want to become med also and get some games going on around here.
