i've gained 10 pounds in the past 2 months and it's going well i think i'm around 135 now

my deadlifts have gone up a bit i was doing sets of 185 the other day, hopefully i can get to 2 plates by july!

yep i work out with a buddy who always makes sure lol

my squats are garbage though, i dislocated my right ankle last year and i don't have the full range of motion so it's really hard for me to get low enough without raising my right heel

yeah i did, i wear flat sole shoes as well so it wasn't that much difference

i just cant bend my ankle forward far enough so i end up compensating either by lowering my back or lifting my heels

i think the more i squat hopefully the range of motion will come back

try looking up videos on increasing hip mobility , this may help

Hoping I do not gain back weight.

My tricept is messed up.

Today I wore the shirt I wore on my first day of work.
I did a triathlon the day before the first day of work.

It's the little things. Shirt was a bit baggy after the tri and less baggy today but still.
