Why would you trade Coburn when you're already lacking good D... and don't tell me it's cause you have a lot of good D prospects.

You can always put a lesser winger with two elite players like Giroux and Voracek and make it work. You can't really plug in lesser D-men the same way.

This might finally be the year Yandle is moved 'cause the Yotes are way out of it already.

because hes one of our only D that has value and it would be hard to move most of the other guys
unless we can move mac d and grossman coburn is likely the guy getting shipped out we need to clear up space on the backend for prosepects and he can be moved for a good return (assuming hextall doesnt fuck up)
and we do have good prospects 3 of our 4 best d prospects made it on tsns top 30 nhl prospects list morin prob woulda and shoulda made the team in preseason he was playing 20 mins a night with coburn as our 1st pair
i wouldnt be surprsied to see somebody moved on the deadline even and clear up space for ghost to finish out the season on philly when hes healthy


besides at this rate were adding another solid prospect and woudlnt be surprised if hextall goes for another d man lol
