hawks were trending upwards with toews/kane/keith/bigg buff/ladd/ etc. super stacked team, won cup the 2nd yr, 3rd year burrows slayed the beast, made the finals, lu stole games to game 7 despite team in front scoring only 4 goals in the last 5 games for the cup with tim thomas playing out of his mind, literally winning that cup by himself.

CBJ barely squeaked into playoffs going ALL IN, had lowest odds winning the cup, swept a team with 1/2odds that dominated the season...
looking bad for sharks too, always seem to choke come playoff time.

Still in awe that a CBJ got the sweep.

Extremely impressed with the CBJ fore check. They were absolutely ruthless chasing the puck carrier.
