12 exercises x 30 seconds = 6 minutes.
If you add 10 second rest in between each like they suggest, it's almost 8 minutes.
30 second planks aren't too bad. My buddy and I are trying to max out our plank times, whoever can hold a plank longer when I go back up to michigan for my brother's wedding gets all he can drink at our favorite bar.
I went from like 1:30 to 3:20, today I'm going for 3:25 straight, 30 second rest, another 3:25.
