Meh , they are WAY more conditioned than I am.

I just want 10% BF.


Tips for anyone who starts out with high BF and wants to gain muscle , not just get skinny.



Get SUPER ripped first , like Im talking 10-12 percent , then slowly bulk up . maybe a .5lb/week.


I made the mistake while bulking when my bf is too high and the last year or so has been a complete waste physique + strength wise. Id get all this strength but then id be like 20+% bf and look like shit.

Gonna try this, not understanding how they come up with 7 minutes, though.

12 exercises x 30 seconds = 6 minutes.

If you add 10 second rest in between each like they suggest, it's almost 8 minutes.

30 second planks aren't too bad. My buddy and I are trying to max out our plank times, whoever can hold a plank longer when I go back up to michigan for my brother's wedding gets all he can drink at our favorite bar.
I went from like 1:30 to 3:20, today I'm going for 3:25 straight, 30 second rest, another 3:25.

Plank is fine for me... running with high knees usually gets me gassed pretty quick though :lol:

Going good for me so far! Started at 253, now i am in 220. So i dropped 33 pounds in 3 months!!

Still moving forward, i want to be around 195-200 in september
