They found those 4 black ppl that kidnapped and tortured the white mentally disabled guy. And they being charged with hate crimes too. Thank Jesus!

Ohh and. The PD of chicago trying to say it's not an attack on race but an attack on a mentally disabled....right.. You can hear in the original video one of the assailants....a male....yell "f**k white people"....sorry Chicago PD. If that's not indicative of a hate crime then I don't know what is.
