If you're playing through the game completely solo then you should be hybrid to get past immunes.

If you're going to rush through or get rushed through and just MF end-game, go full Blizz and avoid areas that have fire immunes.

Them fire immunes are such a pain for blizz sorc 🙄

You don't MF areas that have fire immunes, avoid them. Ancient Tunnels would be the go-to spot.

High level area with no cold immunes.
