not to mention, a bruins player did literally the exact same thing to blais later in the game and didnt even get a 2min penalty because blais wasnt hurt.

I dont think he's so committed that he has to finish high and to the numbers. He could have slowed up and pinned him. This one is going to be interesting because there was a lot going on with Grz and he put himself in a bad spot but I still think the onus is on Sundqvist to not make high/head contact.

No, not auto ban. In person in automatically 5+ but over the phone can be anything from no discipline, to a fine, to 2-3 gamer.
